1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your data/information when you use CoreBase, DigitBase, DFA and its related portals and platforms. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

We are not responsible for any Personal data collected and used by any third-party online/mobile store from which you install the ICB DFA mobile application.

Using the Application means that the User agrees with the terms and conditions of this Policy including conditions for collecting and processing information from the User's device.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MAY ACCESS THE APPLICATION. HOWEVER, YOU SHALL ASSUME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK WHICH MAY BE OCCASIONED TO YOU AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Act 843” means the Data Protection Act, 2012.
• “Affiliate” means any entity or person that directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the specified person.
• “App” or “Application” means DFA Mobile Application.
• “Personal Data/Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• “Services” means services provided by Interface Fintech Ltd or Finconnect Ltd through financial partners.
• “User/You” means the Field Executive/Officer subscribed to DFA Mobile App.
• “We” means Interface Fintech LTD / Finconnect LTD.

3. COLLECTION OF YOUR DATA

We collect two types of information through the App: Personal information and other information.

3.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information including name, date of birth, postal address, email address, mobile number, username, and geolocation data.

3.1.1 Mode of Collection

• Registering as a Field Officer
• Logging in to use the App

3.2 Other Information

We track App usage data such as access time, downloaded files, and device identifiers. The App collects information to detect fraud risks including malicious apps, remote control tools, wiped devices, and suspicious usage profiles.

3.2.1 Mobile Device Data

• IP address
• Unique device identifier
• Application version
• Operating system version
• Location
• Device model and manufacturer

4. USE OF DATA

• Identify application and user session
• Track user actions
• Store custom attributes
• Detect fraud or automated activity

5. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING DATA

• Create and manage accounts
• Authenticate users
• Process transactions
• Improve services
• Comply with legal obligations

6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not disclose Personal information without prior consent except where required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud and protect rights.

We comply with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and applicable professional standards.

Personal Data may be transferred to financial service partners with appropriate safeguards.
